Brown Girls Do Ballet

Brown Girls Do Ballet is a 501(c)3 organization that started as an Instagram photo project. The majority of its content was targeted toward its social media audience, leaving its website’s blog overlooked and out of date. For 3 years, I served as the organization’s Blog Manager, brainstorming, writing, editing, and publishing consistent blog posts. Twenty Somethin’ & Black is an online magazine that publishes content relevant to Black women who are navigating their twenties. Articles are written under the topics of lifestyle, relationships, health, career, finance, and faith. As the organization’s Blog Manager, I wrote several blog articles, developed a monthly blog strategy, hired and managed a team of 5 writers, and edited their work. Here are copies of a few of my articles:

King Jesus Press, LLC

King Jesus Press, LLC, is a publishing agency helping aspiring authors along their journey of writing, editing, and publishing their work. I wrote a collection of informative blog posts positioning the business as a helpful resource for writers.

Imperative Concierge Services, LLC

Imperative Concierge Services wanted to stir up traffic to their website. Since the business offers professional outsourcing services, I wrote several short blog articles targeted toward working professionals who value career growth, time management, and wellness.

Here’s a small batch of blogs I wrote:
